Redbone is a pioneering rock band formed by brothers Pat and Lolly Vegas, of Yaqui, Shoshone, and Mexican heritage. Best known for "Come and Get Your Love," which experienced a massive resurgence after being featured in Marvel's "Guardians of the Galaxy."

Redbone was the first Native American rock group to have a #1 single on Billboard. Their music blended rock, funk, R&B, and Latin influences with Indigenous elements. Other notable songs include "The Witch Queen of New Orleans" and "We Were All Wounded at Wounded Knee."

The band performed in traditional Native American regalia, making a bold statement about Indigenous pride in 1970s rock. Their influence on Native American music and representation in popular culture cannot be overstated.
